A candidate for this position must have extensive experience working with children in a center or home, leadership experience and have a Master's or Ph.
D.
in Applied Behavior Analysis.
The ideal candidate will be creative and highly organized, an excellent teacher, communicator, leader and capable of working independently as well as fostering a positive work environment for the team.
Responsibilities:
Define the treatment and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior therapy that is performed by others.
Appraise, select, and use equipment and materials to conduct behavior therapy sessions.
Work with school districts, private schools, and home-school settings.
Work with families to build skills for managing their child's behavior.
Provide services to a diverse clientele in early childhood education programs.

,Be familiar with clinical supervision.
