Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Present and promote our services to potential clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or waste management industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of portable restroom and dumpster services is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
